By commissioning me, you accept my T.O.S! Please read before you buy from me:Commission T.O.S:What I WILL Draw:

5.Blood/gore (Not excessive gore)

4.BackgroundsIMPORTANT! I CAN DECLINE/CANCEL A COMMISSION FOR ANY REASON!!1. Please wait for me to respond before paying2. You may NOT re-upload my art to other art websites/social media sites without my permission. You may upload my art to Toyhouse with credit and other character archive sites.3. You may NOT use my art for monetary gain (e.g. Merch) or for NFTs/Blockchain use.4. Please provide a Non-Shaded reference sheet. I will not work from shaded references or traditional references and I may decline the commission.5. I do NOT offer refunds until a month has passed. If a month has passed and I have not completed the commission, I will be happy to issue a refund based on how much work was completed and you may have any work that may have been done at the time. You MUST ASK to have a refund, I will not provide a refund if you do not ask for one. Please do not try and chargeback the money, please talk to me and I will issue a refund if one is requested.6. I will provide a sketch for you to check over before I complete the commission. All changes must be made at this point. I will not make any changes after the sketch is confirmed. Please let me know if I have made mistakes and I will gladly fix any mistakes no matter the stage!7. Please ask if you want any further updates. Please communicate to me about how the commission is coming along. I will update you if anything happens that may take time away from your commission. Please be patient with me.8. I take payment in two ways. Full payment upfront or half payment upfront and half after the sketch is confirmed. Please discuss with me which way you'd like to pay. I only take PayPal!9. Give me a good idea of exactly what you want for your commission, such as posing, expressions and any important details I should know before I start! I am happy to have creative freedom as well if one desires.10. I am allowed to share the finished pieces on my platforms as part of my portfolio and as commission examples. If you want an anonymous piece please discuss with me before hand.Customs T.O.S:1. Everything above applies to my customs as well!2. Please credit me when you draw the design for the first time. Credit me properly on other websites such as Toyhouse.3. You may use the design how you wish, such as redesigning, NSFW art, as sona's or mascots etc. Please don't use my designs for hate speech against what I stand for or for illegal activity/artwork.4. I am fine with gifting/reselling of the design. Please do not resell my designs for way more than what you paid for unless they have more art. I am fine with you using your own art to add value to the design and for selling the design for more than what you paid as long as it is reasonable. Don't sell a $10 design for $100 with no extra art.
